Refund Policy 

Some products can be returned within the first 14 days of purchase as long as they are unworn, have the tags still on and in the original packaging.

If you are wanting to return, please email angelslittledelights@yahoo.com and explain the reason for return. We will then get back to you via email within 3 working days on if your refund has been approved. If it has been approved we will then send you the address details for the return. Please make sure you send us the tracking for the return or we will be unable to process the refund for you.

 

We cannot refund or exchange anything that has had the tags taken off or worn due to hygiene reasons.

 

If you receive a faulty item or are missing any item[s] from your order please contact us within 5 days. If we have the same item available in stock, we will send a replacement to you. This will be tracked delivery. If we do not have the same style in stock we will then offer a refund. We will only refund once the returned parcel has been delivered to our address.

 

When returning  any item, the return must be sent Via recorded delivery and the tracking information must be sent to us via email. If you fail to do this, we will not be able to process you return/refund.

 

When returning an item to us you must cover the cost of the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in the process and will not be able to process the refund/exchange.

 

Once your order has been handed over to the courier it is no longer in our control and we cannot be held accountable for any missing items or items broken by the courier in transport. Please handle this with the courier.

 

Please note each product may have specific refund eligibility criteria and requirements. It is essential to review the product information to determine if you are eligible for a refund.

Once your refund request is received, we will review it according to the product specific guidelines. Please ensure that you provide any necessary information or evidence as instructed in the product information or by us.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe in which you receive once accepted will depend on original payment method.

 

We are unable to carry out any cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted, please double check your order and the details you have entered before confirming.
